(2007) Enlarge "The most interesting thing about it is the walk leading up to the door. They have bronzed a lot of soldier gear and embedded them in the concrete - as if troops marched past and dropped this and that" Don Worth

(2010) Enlarge Weary Soldiers Marching: This bronze bas-relief at the entrance to the Interpretive Center features a moving scene of weary soldiers marching. The Park Ranger at the front desk informed me that the faces of these soldiers are actually real faces of Shiloh Park Rangers that were chosen to be sculpted for this project. He took me outside and showed me his likeness on the sculpture. A very moving piece!
