(2009) Enlarge Saltmarsh Hall marker: Many of the sites that contained important buildings that are noted with markers like this one actually still contain the original cellars. Most of these cannot be seen due to the dense growth of vegetation in the depressions in the ground. Some can be glimpsed and are usually bowl shaped with bits of brick rubble mixed in with the soil
