12lb Napoleon is located on the grounds of the Texas State Capitol. The
gun is not too far from the building. There is a marker which states the
gun was believed to have been placed by Federal troops during
Reconstruction. There is another similar bronze 12 lb. gun and an iron
gun located nearby with the same story |
